Like many nerdy kids who grew up in the '90s, I started writing code with the dream of making video games. I began with tools like RPG Maker 95 and GameMaker, but it didn't take long before I wanted more control over what I was building. That curiosity led me to C++, Ruby, and later C# - back when I was scripting custom mods for Ultima Online with RunUO. Good old days...

I eventually found my way into web development because I needed websites for my own projects. I started with simple HTML, moved on to installing and modifying PHP-based CMSs and forums, and eventually built my first CMS entirely from scratch in PHP.

Over time, I started earning my first money through web development, and from that point on, it became my main professional path. I grew into a full-stack developer, working across the entire stack - from server infrastructure and backend systems all the way to frontend development and UI.

Today, I combine everything I've learned over the years with an AI-first approach to software development, allowing me to work with a high level of speed and productivity. I specialize in agentic integration across business processes, software development, and DevOps.

Over the years, I also realized that one of my greatest passions is helping people. So I decided to build on my experience as a developer by earning a degree in psychology and training as a coach.

Today, I help IT professionals achieve their career and productivity goals, while also working with companies and managers to build healthy, productive work environments and teams.
